The War Room- Part One.

There has been something weighing heavily on my heart the last few weeks and I think it’s time to share. We are in the last days. The coming of the Lord is at hand. And therefore, the enemy’s attacks are stronger and more numerous than ever before. The enemy isn’t hiding any more. He is running out of time, and he is going to take as many people down with him as he can. As a Christian and a child of the most high God, in these last days we are called to war. Our war is different than the wars of this earth. We are attacked on all fronts; nothing is scared and no holds barred. Ephesians 6:12 says, “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” God has equipped us to handle all the enemy tries to throw our way, but the most effective tool is to spend time with God and in his word. All battles require planning and preparation, the day to day spiritual war is no different. Matthew 6:6-8 says, “But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.” You can’t win this war alone. Thankfully we have the God of angel armies fighting our battles for us. Have a blessed day y’all!
