Random Ramblings Of An Imperfect Girl, Loved by a Perfect God.

When something has value, what does that mean to you? 

You may think value is measured by the things you have or the money you have saved or for someone like me, you wish that retail therapy was covered by health insurance. 

Something of value can also be memories. Time spent with the ones you love and precious time you had with those who are gone. 

Value can also be something you hold dear. Something you give the highest of regard. Your faith, your morals, your belief system, whatever drives you to get up in the morning and be who you are. 

No matter which of these are at the top of your list, we have to remember one thing. Psalm 139:17-18 says, “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: When I awake, I am still with thee.” We are valuable in the sight of God. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ weighed the difference between our life and his and found us to be the more valuable. He gave his life knowing full well that we may never love him back. How deep is that love he has for us? It is endless. 

Material possessions break, money loses its value, memories can fade, but a life lived with Christ is simply priceless.  Have a blessed night y’all!
