No matter how strong your faith is, or how long you have been walking with the Lord, you still have war with the flesh every single moment of the day. Look at David. He was a man after God’s own heart and the book of Psalm is filled with prayers of faith and praise. However, he stumbled and he fell. He got anxious, he gave in to temptation, he went through so many trials. But he never gave up on God! He humbled himself and admitted that he had sinned and asked for forgiveness.

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.”

We are human and we will fail every day. However, we have a God of grace and mercy. He is for us so no one can stand against us (Romans 8:31).
