We go through life thinking that no one sees us. That we are one of many. That the world would turn just the same if we were gone. In truth, we are so much more. We have the labels that the world places to make us just one of many. But we are unique souls created for a divine purpose. We are the light in a very dark world, because we reflect the light of Christ. You may think that what you say or do is insignificant, that your actions only affect you, but that is so far from the truth. A kind word, taking time to talk and have a conversation with someone, giving your time to charity or missions work. We can make a difference every day with everything we do.

“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.”

Every time God wakes you up in the morning you are given a chance to make a difference. Use the time you are given to lift others up and to in turn make your life that much richer.
