Sometimes it seems impossible that true joy could exist in the world as it is today. You turn on the news or look on your social media feeds and see nothing but violence and despair. Truth is it’s enough to depress anyone. Some times your circumstances seem dark and endless, but really everything is temporary and everything has a purpose. Everything we see is written in the Bible. Everything we are going through Jesus went through it too. None of this is uncharted territory for our God. He has an expected end in mind for each of our stories.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
